Small checkpoints. Real change.
Pulling yourself in a new direction is hard. Motivation comes and goes. Big changes rarely stick.
But a few small checkpoints a day — that's manageable. Slept enough? Check. Followed the diet? Check. Took some fresh air? Check. Do that consistently for a while, and things start to move. Not because of one dramatic shift, but because the basics are quietly holding.
Once the defaults are there, add whatever matters to you. Things you want to make sure keep happening. Something you're building toward, something you don't want to let slip. WeekFirst is a simple success tracker — it doesn't care what you're tracking, it just keeps count.
No decisions to make. No reflection required. Check in, move on.
At the end of the week, one number. Your success rate. How well did you do?
Getting started
The three default goals — Sleep, Diet, Walk — are ready to use. Tap a slot to mark it done. Tap again to undo. Nothing is saved until you create a code.
Tap Edit to rename goals, adjust how many times a week to hit each one, add new ones, or remove any you don't need.
Your code
Tap Create login code to generate a personal ID. Keep it somewhere safe — a notes app, a password manager. It's the only way to reach your data. There's no recovery if you lose it.
Once you have a code, every change saves automatically and syncs across devices in real time.
Data that has not been opened or synced for 90 days may be deleted automatically.
To sync to another device: open Profile to show the QR code in the profile card, or tap Copy login code and paste it into the field on the other device.
Resetting and forgetting
Reset week — tap three times within three seconds to clear all marks. Goals are preserved.
Forget this device — tap the button and confirm to remove your code from this browser. Your data stays on the server; load your code again on any device to restore it.
No account. No email. No password.
A code is generated once and kept. That code is the identity — whoever has it can read and write the data. Lose it and the data is gone. Simple rules, clearly stated.
